We take care of your clothes like they're our own. If anything doesn't come back right, contact us within 24 hours and we'll work with you on a fair resolution. Our WashMates use photo verification at pickup and delivery for your peace of mind.

How do I know my clothes won't get mixed up?

Your laundry stays with your assigned WashMate from pickup to delivery — it never gets mixed with anyone else's. We use a colour-coded system to track each load, and your WashMate confirms the count with you at pickup.

What detergent do you use?

Your WashMate uses their own high-quality detergent. Need something specific like fragrance-free or a particular brand? Just add it to your special instructions — you can even provide your own detergent for your WashMate to use!

Can I cancel anytime?

There are no subscriptions or contracts — use us whenever you need us. You can cancel an order up to 2 hours before your scheduled pickup at no charge.

How does WashMates work?

Create an account, schedule pickup, and a verified WashMate collects your laundry. They wash, dry, fold, and deliver it back within your chosen timeframe. The whole process takes about 60 seconds to book.

How much does it cost?

$35 per load flat rate with a 2-load minimum, plus 13% HST (Ontario). No weighing, no per-pound guessing, no hidden fees. You know exactly what you are paying before you book.

Where are my clothes washed?

Your WashMate washes your clothes at a local laundromat or using their own machines. All WashMates are required to maintain clean workspace standards before they can accept orders. Your laundry stays with your assigned WashMate from pickup to delivery and is never mixed with anyone else's.

How is WashMates different from other laundry services?

Accepted Answer

Most services charge by the pound, so you do not know the cost until after pickup. WashMates uses flat-rate pricing ($35/load). You also get a dedicated WashMate from your neighbourhood rather than having your clothes sent to a commercial facility. And our WashMates keep 80% of the service fee.

What if no WashMate is available in my area?

If no WashMate is available for your time slot, we will let you know and you can pick a different time. You are never charged until a WashMate accepts your order. We are actively growing our network across the GTA.

Do you offer same-day laundry delivery?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Orders placed before noon qualify for same-day delivery. Most same-day orders are picked up and delivered back within 6-8 hours. Next-day delivery is also available.
